If your batteries does not work as good as they should:

Charge the batteries 8-10 hour
Lift your RideOn car or place it on a box, so the wheels can run.
Let them run until the car is almost out of power.
Charge the car 8-10 hour
Repeat this 2-4 times, the car should drive longer and longer for each time

If this does not help, the batteries are finish and must be replaced.

IMPORTENT:

The batteries must not be exposed to water, steam or condens

The batteries must be charged at least once every month, also if you do not use the car

The batteries must be stored inside and at at least 10 degrees during winter.

The batteries must be charged 8-10 hours every time, and NOT more than 20 hours.

Is there a warranty on a battery?

Batteries wear out, and therefore they are classified as consumables, similar to tires, tubes, etc.

This means they deteriorate over time.

Especially if you don't maintain the battery according to the instructions (charge at least once a month, even when the battery is not in use).

"Consumables" are not covered by the same warranty rules as "non-consumables."

Of course, the mandatory 6-month warranty and 18-month right of complaint apply.

But after the 6-month warranty, you unfortunately have to accept that the battery will get worse and worse, and this does not entitle you to a replacement.

If the battery completely stops working within the warranty period, that’s a different case. The customer must send the battery in for inspection, so it can be measured if there was a fault in the battery, and if it's covered by the right to replacement.
